Furlough Day

I was going to write about the subject above but I really don't want to get dooced. So instead I am going to post about my mother Pearl. Today is her 69th birthday. Here she is with her two grandchildren.

Here she is taking a ride in the Commander a couple years ago. Jim flew over and took us for a quick flight around the valley.

Here she is in 1953 when a barnstormer landed in a field near her parents farm in Pinewood, MN.

Happy Birthday Mom!
